The place was very roomy. It is the bare minimum as far as amenities. It was musty but we opened windows and it aired out. It seems to be well loved and I'm sure a great place in the winter.

Had our annual family vacation and ski trip at Sunday River and this house was perfect for us. Had 9 bedrooms and the downstairs is amazing. Huge kitchen, big areas on either side of the house for everyone to hang out and play games. The house is less than a mile from the ski dropoff which made it great for us. Colin was very responsive and helpful. Great host and amazing space for a big group.

Great place! Having three rentals on the property allowed our entire group to stay together. The space is very modern and the huge kitchen was a nice addition. Would definitely recommend if you want to host a big weekend getaway.

Collin’s place was perfect for our large group, plenty of room for all to hangout, sleep and park. Kitchen was great for a morning breakfast and had plenty of kitchen supplies.

Collin’s place is perfect if you are looking to get some great skiing in without a long drive. Super easy to beat the weekend lines and secure a great parking spot. Highly recommend

Excellent for a large group. (We were 14 adults, 7 children.) Outstanding kitchen. Lots of rooms, beds, and bedrooms. Enough space to keep people together or split into sub-groups. Fire pit was excellent. Wasn't clear when we were packing up where recycling went, so I'd encourage you to ask the hosts in advance. Overall, strong recommendation for a large group.

Great place to stay for a large group. Plenty of space outdoors and indoors to spread out. It was very clean. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay right at Sunday River that has a larger group.

This was our second time renting out this place! We absolutely love it. It sleeps a great number of people, has 3 full baths, and the backyard is perfect for outdoor summer games! It’s a perfect area, and has lots of swimming holes near by. Would definitely stay here for a third time in the future!

Four families shared this space. Plenty of room for kids and adults to have their own areas, kitchen was open and fully stocked, and bedrooms were good sizes. Beautiful fireplace, great outdoor deck, and Colin was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Would recommend this to large groups.
